To get to the villa's place you cross through several villages that have restaurants, small grocery shops and local shop stores. It's 10 km away from romantic Sintra, 28 km away from Cascais.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the sunroom. This sunroom, as well as laundry space, garden and backoffice / storage space is shared with the other unit (2pax) Our local community also offers a small local beach bar, a pizza place and a micro brewery & hamburger restaurant.
