Meri kimmeltää vieressä ja 75m² mökin lisäksi kohteessa on saunarakennus, vierasmaja, laituri ja silta erilliseen saareen, jossa on suloinen leikkimökki. Kohde ei ole juhliin. Saunarakennuksessa on puukiuas, suihku ja pukeutumistila. Mökissä on tupakeittiö ja 2 makuuhuonetta alakerroksessa sekä wc. Ylhäällä on tilava parvi sekä parveke. Leikkimökki saaressa majoittaa 2 ihmistä. Kuten myös vierasmaja.

Villa Keloranta on ainutlaatuinen kelohirsihuvila, jossa saariston sielukkuus kohtaa Lapin rauhan. Rantamaisemissa kohoava jylhä huvila tarjoaa tunnelmaa, hämmästystä ja luonnon kauneutta yli kymmenelle vieraalle. Kahdeksaan metriin kohoava huonekorkeus, jykevät hirret ja yli 250m2 oleskelutilaa takaavat ainutlaatuiset ja kotoisat puitteet. Omalla rannalla, hulppealla terassilla ja tunnelmallisessa saunassa aika pysähtyy – Villa Keloranta on paikka, jossa sielu lepää ja sydän palaa juurilleen.
