However, guest will be requested to pay for their own prepaid electricity and water consumption.

The area is lively with the very friendly local people. This area is real Ghana and the residents live a very simple life. Normal security precautions must be observed. There is local beach bar night life around. Taxis are easy to come by. I use UBER alot to get around.
