La casa si trova a Valbruna, piccolo e tranquillo paesino della Valcanale, a ridosso delle Alpi Giulie. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e costituisce uno strategico punto di partenza per le escursioni naturalistiche e storiche che offre la Val Saisera. In paese c'è un negozio di alimentari per le prime necessità, a poche centinaia di metri dalla casetta. Un supermercato è a 4 chilometri in direzione di Tarvisio. Ad un km da Valbruna si trovano gli accessi alla ciclovia AlpeAdria.

Kérésre kisgyermekeknek babaágyat és etetőszéket biztosítunk. Kerti grillezőnkön vendégeink a szabadban készíthetik el vacsorájukat, melyet akár a fedett taraszon is fogyaszthatnak. Eközben a gyerekek elfoglalhatják magukat a kerti kisházunkban lévő játékokkal. Vendégeink a háztól 10 méterre található parkolóban hagyhatják autóikat.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Se d'inverno arrivate tardi fatemelo sapere così alziamo prima il riscaldamento.
