Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Villa Geranio, with 6 bedrooms and 2 kitchens across two floors, is perfect for two families. Located near Acquedolci and close to the beach, it offers a panoramic pool, jacuzzi spa with sauna, and a garden with sun and shaded areas. Una dimora del 500 /600 in pietra, immersa nel verde vicina al mare. Il Piccolo Casale è un baglio tipico siciliano del 500/600 costituito da un cortile centrale attorniato dal susseguirsi di stanze che in parte venivano usate come frantoio per la produzione dell’olio e magazzini ed in parte come casa patronale. La ristrutturazione avvenuta negli anni 90 ha lasciato intatta la struttura e l’architettura del Baglio creando al tempo stesso le comodità indispensabili per il soggiorno.
