Perry's Roost, Little Catley Farm

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting surrounded by unspoilt 'Hamnet set' countryside, with black and white properties. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles.

The Apple Tallet, cosy barn with a great view

A converted barn, recently refurbished, it is located to the back of our home but in no way connected. Perfect location for a guest going to a wedding at Bredenbury Court or Crumpleberry. (10 mins drive to either) We have outdoor seating at the front of the Apple Tallet to enjoy a cuppa in the morning. We have parking for 2 cars only. An early check in (12/12:30) can be added at a £20 cost. Please contact for more information. Unfortunately, no late check outs available.

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
