Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

La buena vida

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

The accommodation in the residential complex of Aloha Garden in Costa Adeje is a place of peace located in a touristic area of Torviscas alto. The functionally furnished apartment with its private South facing terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. A shared community swiming pool. Disfruta de la naturaleza (visitando rutas ancestrales guanches, Senderos, Galerias). Un atardecer diferente cada día con vistas a La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro y la montaña. Huevos frescos cada mañana de las gallinas de nuestra finca. Una auténtica experiencia de relax y tranquilidad alejado de las masas, la cobertura móvil y el ajetreo de la ciudad.

Canarian style home with sea views, terrace & pool

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

The apartment has been recently renovated, it is fully equipped and finely furnished. It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance

It is located on the top floor and has separate entrance. Free public parking by the complex.
