Our one of a kind location is nested right on the edge of the Village of historic Clayton, with our upstairs studio style suite overlooking our waterfront lawn and dock area, unique with great views and centrally located right in the heart of the 1000 islands area. New from top to bottom with all amenities and private balcony with dockage right in front available, a boaters dream! King size bedroom with Full kitchenette with all the essentials with full 2 couch living area with modern amenities!

Luxury King Suite w/balcony in Historic Inn, rm 1

Deluxe King Suite with balcony and living room inside of our newly renovated historic Inn. King bed and a queen pullout sofa. This unit has 1 full bath with double sinks and 1 half bath. Room comes with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and other toiletries. The expansive balcony has a bistro set for enjoying a coffee or happy hour. This unit also has a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. We provide K-cups, tea, sugars and various snacks.  Inn room 1 is not pet friendly.

Set into the hillside surrounded by an apple orchard on one side and mountains on the other, The Harwood Hill offers respite in the Southern Vermont countryside within a 10-minute drive to Bennington's restaurants, galleries, and museums. This is the Verona Suite. $215/night This room is for two adults only. It’s an adult hideaway. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A private bathroom, tiled shower with a rain shower head from the ceiling. A softly lit romantic loft and a chandelier above the queen size bed with down pillows. It's private and A/C, Wifi, and Cable Smart TV. A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Other days have an assortment of breakfast foods and hot coffee. All days 8-10am

Winter is happening in Vermont and we would love to host your trip. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. These elegant accommodations are a half-hour from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Festival, Hamilton, Clinton and Utica. Artist Residency part of the year, suite 3 on the second floor of the Wheeler House, includes a king-size 4-poster bed and has a large marble bath with shower/tub, and comfortable living room with sofa and gas-log fireplace. We are pet friendly. The Horned Dorset Inn "At Home" meals are available on request (menu on our website).
