Our cozy bungalow is easily accessible from the city. You will immerse yourself in a natural setting with woods, ponds and trails. The bedroom has a double bed, plus a Roku TV and dresser. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed. There is another TV in the living room area. You can access your own accounts for Netflix, Prime or whatever subscriptions you have as well as regular TV channels. The bathroom also contains a washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry soap is provided.

Welcome to Mills Point in Malletts Bay. 3 B/R, 1.5 bath cottage with beach access and very close to the Colchester Causeway and the bike path to local park with playground, pickleball and tennis, and to downtown Burlington. Easy drive into Burlington. We provide 2 bikes and 2 kayaks. The kayaks are at the beach so easy in and out. We also provide a bike rack if our guests need to rent more bikes. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, Olive oil and many spices and condiments.
