Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.
