Laundry Cottage is a refurbished 2 bedroom cottage and will suit 2 couples or a family of up to 5. A quiet rural location near to excellent mountain biking, walking and in the grounds of a castle. The cottage is fully equip including fluffy towels and quality bedlinen, lots of hot water and central heating. Outside shed for bikes. Enclosed garden, private parking. Dog welcome downstairs.

A large studio apartment with en-suit shower room, king size bed, wooden floors, high ceilings, sofa, dinning table with 4 chairs and central heating. Separate dog kennel and drying room for bikes and wet outdoor clothes. There is a sink, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster, small oven with hob and kettle. Clean and tidy. Lots of parking and garden area. It's close to numerous bike trails (AE Forest, 7 Staines and Drumlanrig) but it is rural so a car is recommended.

Burrancehill Cottage is surrounded by one thousand acres of picturesque farmland including woodland walks and a loch. It is the perfect place to relax with family, as you follow the one mile private road to the farm, you’ll leave it all behind. Tranquil mornings can start with a swim in the loch before relaxing in front of the fire, enjoying the peace and quiet that comes from having only wildlife for neighbours.
