Isıtma ve soğutma için split kliması vardır.Bahçeyi sinirlayan çitleri mevcut. Evimizde 4 kişilik yatak kapasitesi mevcuttur.

Misafir Kulubesi

Misafir kulubemiz 25 m2 büyüklükte, bir oda ve banyodan oluşmaktadır. Dışarda, sadece kulubemizde kalan konuklarımızın kullanımına özel, üzeri pergola ile kapatılmış, bir açık hava mutfağı ve yemeklerinizi yiyebileceğiniz bir varendası vardır. Bahçede, 5x10m boyutlarında, 50m2 büyüklükte, 1.5-1.6 m derinlikte bir yüzme havuzu bulunur. Havuzu misafir evi (max. 4 kişi) ve misafir kulubesinde (max.2 kişi) kalan konuklarımız ortak kullanırlar. Havuz, 12 Haziran - 30 Eylül tarihleri arasında açıktır.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary.
