The property is 15-minutes drive from the Airport & 18 minutes drive from Rhodes Town. Studios can accommodate 1-3 people (couples, travel buddies, family of 3). Bathroom, Fully Equipped Kitchenette, Free Fiber-Optic-High-Speed Internet & Private Garden with Hammock to lounge.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The private swimming pool ensuite causes a calm atmosphere, which will make your stay unforgettable.

In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.
