First floor offers the master bedroom with a full view balcony and a private bathroom. Kitchen offers all the necessary equipments. Entire villa has floor heating system.

The 800 year old house is located in the main village of the island “Chora “ and it is part of the Venetian Castle – called the Castro, located right on the edge of a high cliff, offering a breath-taking view of the Aegean from it’s two magic sea view verandas. A fully-equipped villa with an attic. With its wide veranda [40m²] and the irresistible combination of stone - exterior and modern - interior, it accomplishes the perfect mix & match of the local traditional architectural style with the most modern touches. It is made up of two bedrooms, the first one [14m²] being carved in the heart of a Santorinean rock, with a concrete bed, commodes and a TV set, and the second bedroom [12m²] featuring a black iron bed with commodes.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
