The self contained annex has been recently extended and includes a large bedroom, lounge with sofa bed please mention if needed so extra bedding can be provided- no extra cost for 2 people booking. fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

The Upgraded Retreat now has gas central heating and double glazing making it super cosy and available for an extended season ( NB Oct-Mar rentals: fuel fee of £12.50 per night paid directly to hosts)

The Duck House, Newborough forest and beach.

The Duck House looks over the Snowdonia mountain range and is next to the river, near the forest and beautiful beaches, family/dog friendly restaurants and locations. You’ll love our cottage especially the cosiness, the views, and the location. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends. We are walking distance to a RSPB reserve where you can hear the bittern. Come and enjoy the lovely setting in this romantic spot in nature.

Gloriously peaceful, surrounded by wildlife, stunning landscape, protected ancient woodlands, and your own private river beach - with fishing rights! Wave to the 19th c. steam train puffing by on the opposite hillside. Great for walking, cycling, horse riding, wild swimming. 20min drive to Aberystwyth for castle, pier, beaches, bars, excellent restaurants, Museum and Arts Centre.

Nestled in the little Welsh village of Bryncrug within The Snowdonia National Park and down the end of a working farm track, The Old Bakery is only minutes drive from beaches, rivers, lakes, waterfalls and of course incredible mountains. And the star gazing is magical! Attached to our family home but with your own private entrance, newly fenced decking area, garden area and covered hot tub. The Old Bakery is a very tranquil place to stay.

It has an en-suite with a bath and separate shower . King size bed and Flat screen TV. DVD. Wi Fi Central Heating and linen included. 2 towels per person. Over age 21 only. NO CHILDREN Not suitable for babies or children. No pets allowed.

Self Contained Unit on a Smallholding

Guests can enjoy a sunny twin bedroom, self-catering kitchen space (breakfast cereals, tea and coffee facilities provided) with microwave oven, 2 x hob, air fryer, fridge and sink. Dining alfresco is an option in a private courtyard with outside table and chairs and a bbq is availabe on request, with plenty of space for bikes or kayaks etc. There is off-road parking for 2 vehicles. Locked parking available on request.

Ty'n Y Berth Bach

Tyn y Berth Bach is a converted pig shed attached to the main farm house which stands in 5 acres of peaceful woodland and fields. It has its own driveway leading down to the accommodation, with its own entrance and parking area. It is situated close to Betws Y Coed which is a thriving village with a variety of Restaurants, Bars, Cafes’ and shops set in a stunning landscape of waterfalls, rivers and trees.
