The home is surrounded by beautiful garden it has private veranda and offers excellent view of the sea. It includes two floors. The first floor contains a large veranda with Private Pool and Amazing Sea View. Τhe Pool has also hydromassagThere is a small kitchen and a living room. The living room has two sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In both of the floors there are big verandas with sea view. The whole home measures 60 square meters.

We are located 500m from Agia Anna beach, 11 minutes from Naxos Town (port) by car and 6 minutes from the airport. The host occupies a separate private apartment in the building and is readily available for help and suggestions

Villa Spilia is one of the most dramatic and unique homes in Naxos. Spilia (means cave in Greek) is a stone villa built into the mountain in one of the most sought after and private areas of Naxos. The immaculate view of Chora Town, the sea, and neighboring islands make this a perfect and peaceful vacation retreat. Melatio Countryside is a lovely, peaceful house right next to Naxos town, about 7 minutes driving. It is located inside a biger farm and offers amazing view. It is suitable for 1 up to 3 people. There is one bedroom, one kitchen-living room and one bathroom. There is also a large space outside and a table for you to relax! The location is very convenient since it's just a few minutes from the city centre but also in a private, quite area. Let us know if you need any help with booking a car!
