Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Its pastel colors and its special decoration makes it a perfect place for a comfortable stay! Entering the apartment there is the living room,on the right is the kitchen and on the opposite there is a big balcony with view.
