Our traditional Cycladic stone house (65 sqm.) is located in the center of the village and has a wonderful garden with Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Apricot, Avocado and Grape trees, where you can relax and enjoy the nature. The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

Located 10' on foot from the Port, 1'-2' from the Market and other places of interest (castle, museums, etc) and entertainment (bars, restaurants, etc). If you travel without a car, no worries; the closest bus station to the most popular beaches and villages is at 3' on foot. Free parking space at 3' on foot!

The house, with its bright serenity, offers generous outdoor spaces: terraces and garden, swimming pool with deck, a pergola with barbecue. There are 2 bedrooms, one located downstairs and the other upstairs. Each has its own private bathroom and shaded exterior area. Two parking spots are available in the front of the house. We provide basic amenities including fresh towels and sheets, bathroom supplies, hair dryer, full access to our washing machine and laundry detergent.

Antiparos House in the Kastro

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.

Nick's Studio 1 (With private garden)

The studio (20m2) is newly renovated in the center of Paroikia. It consists a double bed with a brand new mattress, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a small fridge, TV, A/C, free Wifi and private garden with dinning table. Scooters/bikes/ATVs can be parked in front of the studio on the road.
