Stand alone sunny one-off tiny home with tongue and groove flooring and veranda. Positioned between the main house and garage with adjacent parking. Generous bathroom with gas hot water. Well appointed kitchenette with all the basics but no oven. Help yourself to lemons and fresh greens from the garden. BBQ and fish filleting table available by request. The Bach at Perehipe - 5 minutes walk to beach

Spectacular views! No cleaning fees. No Pets. Relax and enjoy our Classic Kiwi Bach. Fully fenced, down a quiet cul de sac in Whatuwhiwhi, overlooking Perehipe Bay, on the beautiful Karikari Peninsula. A few minutes walk in gorgeous native bush to a lovely safe swimming beach. Or drive right to beach. Perfect calm bay for swimming and paddleboarding etc. Launch the boat off the beach ramp, spend the day fishing in Doubtless Bay or go out wide for game fish or off the rocks at the beach.

Oak Tree Hut

Rustic built wooden hut on our hillside rural property. One comfy single bed . Breakfast prep corner. Toilet & shower is at the main house which has its own seperate entrance & will be shared with any other guests occupying the other larger Cabin . Parking area. Outside of the Main house there’s a cooking area , 2 gas points, pots,pans, double sink to wash up. The Internet is available in this area not inside the Hut. There’s some instant coffee, tea black& herbal , instant soup in the Hut.

“Iwa” Historic cottage - Mangōnui

Welcome to Iwa (Māori for 'nine'), a tastefully renovated historic cottage perfect for your next Northland getaway. Filled with high-end finishes and appliances, Iwa is luxurious, private, and inviting. A large sunny deck is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, dinner, or reading a book. Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.
