The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet.
