Only 25m to the crystal clear beach & 700m to the train station (line Athens Airport-Aigio), walking distance. It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 6km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Stay comfortable with air conditioning, relax with Netflix, and start your day with a coffee machine in the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities are available for convenience.

Sunny apartment (55sqm) at Akrata only 2min walk from the sea. It is fully equipped with a very big balcony in a quiet neighborhood! During your stay you can visit the village Kalavryta by choosing the odontotos train passing through the canyon of Vouraikos. You can also visit the lake Tsivlou and the cave of lakes. My sister Penny will meet you for the keys and communicate with you in case you need anything.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located venue. With sea and mountain views, just a few meters from beaches, restaurants and markets. You can also visit it in the winter months as it has central heating and a fireplace. In addition, we have a dishwasher, double balconies, three air conditioners, and private free parking.
