This studio apartment located within a large subdivided home comes equipped with a queen bed and a full-size futon. You’ll enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with its oversized tile shower and bamboo floors. The kitchenette is supplied with cooking essentials. The entry foyer is shared with other guests, but the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are all yours. Up the stairs and to the left is your suite, Studio Papa, and to the right is the Blue Room. It was refurbished January 2020 and contains all you need for a comfortable stay. We’re tucked away on a 1.5 acre forest property which backs onto Hogtown Creek. 10 minutes drive to downtown or UF and less than 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants.
