We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Secluded home on 35 acres next to Medicine Bow National Forest. 10 minutes to Laramie, 15 min to Curt Gowdy State Park and 35 min to Cheyenne. Beautiful scenery and abundance of deer and elk. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. On 6th Street, across from the Ivinson Mansion. This apartment is within walking distance to downtown and the University of Wyoming. It has a queen size bed, full bath and essential kitchen items. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. We have recently updated this unit and continue with renovations as time and weather allows.
