La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks.
