Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Immenstadt liegt im Herzen des Allgäus mitten in den Allgäuer Alpen in der Ferienregion Alpsee-Grünten. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Berg-, Ski- und Badeausflüge. Das Kleinwalstertal in Österreich ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Der Bodensee und Bregenz sind nur 30 Minuten entfernt, Wintersportspaß in Mellau-Damüls (30 Min.), Hochhäderich und Balderschwang (10 Min.). Direkt an der Loipe gelegen, lädt das nachhaltig erbaute Strohhaus zu einem authentischen Erlebnis ein.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Aufgrund der Nähe zum Halblechtal ist die Unterkunft perfekt für einen Tag in den Bergen. Anschließend laden die nahen Badeseen zum Entspannen ein. Die tolle Dachterrasse rundet den Tag perfekt ab. Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Nach euren Freizeitaktivitäten könnt ihr euch im hauseigenen Schwimmbad und in der Sauna entspannen, auf dem Balkon mit Abendsonne noch gemütlich ein Glas Wein trinken oder euch in der Bar mit Einheimischen und anderen Feriengästen in geselliger Runde zusammensetzen. In der Stille der Natur auf 1.000 Höhenmetern liegt die Ferienwohnung "Füchsle" mit 42qm Fläche im UG unseres Hauses, das 1981 in Blockbauweise errichtet wurde. Genießen Sie von der großzügigen Terrasse den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine einmalige Bergkulisse. Skifahrer können in den schneereichen Monaten direkt von der Haustür auf die Skipiste fahren. In den Sommermonaten können Sie direkt von der Wohnung loswandern.

Die Wohnung im Casa Gafadura bietet viel Wohnraum, eine grosse Terrasse, Bergsicht und Garten. Sie ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten.
