The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Renovated apt. over the Bakery

A fully renovated (June '19) 31m² studio apt located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the square of Georgioupolis and only about 150m from the beach. The apt is surrounded by various amenities including grocery stores, souvenir shops, traditional Cretan tavernas, cafés, bars, rental services for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, a free parking area and an open-air municipal gym. The place is wonderful for walking, riding, sightseeing, nature lovers.. Little House on the Prairie is 16 km (20 minutes) from the center of the city of Chania. It is in the village Katohori in Kerameia region. Chania International Airport is 27 km away. Is 84,9 km from Elafonisi . Georgioupolis is 29,6 km from Little House on the Prairie, while Marathi is 30 km from the propert. All taxes are included in the price and we will never ask you to pay extra money upon arrival or departure.

The house is located on a hill in Neo Chorio and is a part of a 5 house complex with a shared swimming-pool. It has its own private garden and parking space. The house is fully equipped and it has a beautiful view of the Souda Bay and the Lefka Ori. The distance from Chania airport is about 25klm, 30klm from Rethymno and 5klm from the beautiful sandy beaches of Kalyves. in Neo Chorio that is about 900m away from the house you can find mini market, pharmacy, taverns and cafes.

Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.
