Location is amazing within walking distance to the village, community swimming pool, restaurants and less than a mile to private Bear Lake, where you will find a tandem kayak for your leisure. In Winter, XC Skiing, free shuttle to BV Ski Mountain, all in walking distance and yet secluded for a Winter wonderland experience. It accommodates up to 12 guests with additional cost.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to the mountain with both units. Prime location between Kirkwood Village & Timber Creek Ski Lifts. Ski to the bottom of the driveway from Home Run Trail when getting off the mountain. 5 minute walk to lifts, also in shuttle route. Main house is large, gorgeous & great for entertaining. Vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, deck with panoramic mountain views. The Cottage is located around the lower deck with a separate entrance and patio.
