Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

Wenn man über die Treppe nach unten geht, findet man sich in einem kleinen Flur wieder über den man in das hübsche Vollbad gelangt. Die S-Bahn fährt direkt gegenüber.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Ein 44-Quadratmeter-Einlieger-Appartment mit Duschbad und Küchenzeile. Es ist hell und freundlich und zentral gelegen zwischen St.Pauli, Ottensen und der Sternschanze. Fischmarkt und Elbfähre, der Bahnhof Altona und die Große Bergstrasse mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Bus und Bahn sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Traumhafte Einzimmerwohnung mit Gartenblick

Wohnung frisch renoviert und komplett neu ausgestattet. Schöne Fachwerkwände runden die Raumgestaltung ab. Durch das Fenster hat man Blick auf den grünen Garten mit altem Baumbestand und das mitten in Altona. Duschwanne hat eine niedrige Decke und aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes, hört man manchmal die Heizungsrohre „klopfen“.
