If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

Duncan Creek House

Contact me if you’d like a longer term stay and I’ll open up more dates in January, February,March & April. This is a cozy house located on Duncan Creek where you’ll hear the lovely sound of rushing water and will likely spot some eagles. It is located within walking distance of Leinie’s Lodge, Irvine Park, Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor and local hiking/bike trails. Dogs are welcome. The cancellation policy is set as “Strict”, but I’ll give full refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.

Country location, peaceful and quiet. Apartment above detached garage, full kitchen, small deck and private stairway with beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Easily accessible, 3 miles from I-94 and St. Hwy. 29, 1/2 way between the university cities of Eau Claire and Menomonie, 1 1/4 hours from St. Paul/Minneapolis. There is a growing art and music scene, with multiple music festivals, etc. The area also has fine restaurants, theaters, parks, and historical sites. Come to be restored.

Lil’ Kickback on Elk Creek (Eau Claire area)

Enter a world of peace and calm deep in the woods. This is a beautiful rustic cabin that has been beautifully restored. Permit issued and inspected by Dunn County.

Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home comes with a full kitchen, a deck overlooking the lake, private dock, fire pit, 2 queen beds, a hot tub, and a 4 season room. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom tiny home close to downtown Eau Claire is cozy, stylish, and has everything you need! Make yourself at home in our tiny boho-chic oasis. If you want to be in the heart of Eau Claire, this is the place for you! We're located less than 5 minutes from downtown, bars, restaurants, shopping, and all amenities. We're pet-friendly, but please note that we charge a $25 pet fee per pet.

The Ziehr Historic Eau Claire Home

The Ziehr’s unit is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10 minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a private patio. We have a gas grill available upon request.
