Kikili Paddy is a beautiful ground floor apartment (2 storey building), in the quiet village of Mihiripenna, on Sri Lanka's South Coast. It sits beside a picturesque paddy field, in a peaceful spot, only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a tuk tuk ride from the attractions of Galle Fort, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cozy, one-bedroom, self-contained, air-conditioned apartment, opens onto a private terrace overlooking the verdant paddy fields; (and also has occasional use of a pool).

Beautiful apartment directly on the beach. We are happy to welcome guests to stay at our beautiful architectural house. Located in the quiet end of the beach only 5 minutes walking distance (on the beach) to the vibrant Hikkaduwa surfing beach. You'll have private access to the garden, kitchen and various dining areas. The house is managed by our lovely staff Jenith and Dilani whom will be happy to help with any requests as well as preparing meals upon request - they are wonderful chefs.

Our garden is a green oasis where you can enjoy open air shower, wildlife such as monkeys, lizards, squirrels, peacocks, parrots. Sit in the hanging chair, enjoy birdsong and swaying palm trees in the wind. When the swell is big, you can even hear waves crashing in the distance. Surf spots, restaurants, bars and shops are located within walking distance.

The beach is 700m from the apartment (walking distance) and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included in the price for daily and weekly bookings. Cute new studio apartment a 5 minute walk from Kabalana Beach with small kitchenette and private bathroom. The studio is in a four studio house located just across the train tracks a five minute walk from Kabalana Beach, and you can see the ocean from the garden. Please note: there is no AC nor hot water yet.
