Space includes a Queen size bed, 40'' Smart TV with subscriptions, space to sit and eat, kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, coffee bar, microwave and stand up shower. There is one common sink that is right outside the bathroom door. Under the outdoor pergola is a great place to have your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
