You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors.

Convenient Basement Getaway!

Cozy basement retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, shops, and mountains. 15 min from BYU, 25 min from UVU, 45 min from Salt Lake, 30 min from 5th Water Hot Springs, 21 mi from Sundance. (Small family lives upstairs.) Due to a severe family allergy, we can’t host Service or Emotional Support Animals. Airbnb approved an exemption. Sorry for any inconvenience!
