De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. Op het park bevindt zich een Grand Café, een speeltuintje en er is een verwarmd buitenzwembad. In de directe omgeving bos, heide , natuurgebied, volop fietsroutes. We maken grondig schoon ; het huisje biedt rust en veel (buiten)ruimte waardoor u veel privacy heeft. Het is geschikt voor een hond, een kind en is ook geschikt om rustig te kunnen werken.

Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

De zonnige tuin, met trampoline en bbq, is geheel afgesloten en biedt volop privacy.
