Zo staat het romantische bankje uit de populaire film 'The Fault in Our Stars' recht voor onze deur. Je bent binnen enkele minuten lopen bij het Anne Frank Huis, het Rijksmuseum en het Vondelpark. Maar ook het bruisende nachtleven van Amsterdam is om de hoek, met tal van bars en restaurants op loopafstand.

Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Located in a lovely area, this newly restored apartment, cozy and quiet,is very close to the beautiful historic centre of Utrecht. Situated on the corner of the Singel canal, its only fifteen minutes walk from Central Station. The nice apartment is a spacious 68 m2. It has central heating, fully equipped kitchen, one large kingsize bed, comfy ensuite bathroom, rainshower, fluffy towels, hotel linen, privat garden, wireless hi-fi, flatscreen tv. dvd and high speed internet, Nespresso, etc!

Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.

Our place is in the heart of the most colorful and popular neighborhood of Amsterdam, de Pijp, around the corner from the Sarphatipark and Albert Cuyp market. De Pijp has a high density of cafés, and many nice places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is also a stone's throw from the river from which Amsterdam takes its name: the Amstel. Almost all museums such as the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, canals and the city centre are all a short walk away.

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.
