Forest Floor Guesthouse

The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Alaska Private Reserve is five acres of your own wilderness: Close enough to the city, far enough to forget about the hustle and bustle and indulge in Nature’s pace. Wildlife frequent the yard, and occasionally take a dip in the fish pond. Explore the property on your private, primitive trail or adventure in Chugach State Park, Hilltop Ski Area and world-class XC skiing and biking trails two minutes away. Easy access to airport and transportation. We offer FREE Alaska travel planning, message us your questions! This is a fourplex. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. The living room upstairs is a great place to socialize after 10pm.

The Moose Times Lodge invites you to stay in our spacious, newly remodeled 2000 sq ft apartment in a quiet wooded setting. Boasts an all seasons Hot tub room, covered patio, and a luxury bath spa with heated 2-person tub & walk in shower. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 guests! Smart TVs in every room! Close to parks, hiking, golf and the Zoo. Please note this is a lower-level unit, so you WILL hear foot traffic from guests above. Large family friendly, but no parties allowed!

Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The Murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.

Alyeska Slope-Side Sanctuary Ski-In Ski-Out

Our fully remodeled slope-side getaway is located at the base of Alyeska with gorgeous views of the mountain. Just a short 2 min walk from the ski lifts, the Sitzmark Bar & Grill, and only 1 min from the fantastic Jack Sprat restaurant, our location cannot be beat. The unit comes complete with everything needed to cook full meals, relax after a day in the mountains, and get a wonderful night's sleep to wake up refreshed for more adventures!
