Quiet and peaceful BnB in the Italian province. There is a separate small house at guests' disposal. The territory is fenced. The owner's house is located on the same territory. The scenery is magic with the view on Assisi and the farmhouse being surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fields of crops. La Fornace is perfect for guests who want to explore Umbria - pretty much all major sites can be reached within 60 minutes - but it is just as perfect to take a break and relax.

The b&b is located on the ground floor of a building in Sirolo, facing the old city walls. The most beautiful beaches of the coast (Urbani, San Michele and Sassi Neri) are within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are bright and cosy, with independent air conditioning, strongbox and minibar. The bathroom features a wide shower and a hairdryer. The shared garden has tables and chairs to enjoy open-air breakfast and the parking is just 150 m away from the room.

Our room, which has an en-suite bathroom with a comfortable shower, is very spacious and well-lit and it overlooks a courtyard. The bedroom is air- conditioned. It has a king-size bed and it is possible to add an extra bed, for an extra charge. Our B&B, located in the town centre, offers free Wi-Fi, a generous breakfast and private entry, so that our guests can be independent.
