Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

A 6 km si trova l'uscita A15 di Pontremoli che collega in 30-40 minuti La Spezia e le successive meravigliose 5 Terre, Portovenere, Levanto ed altre località turistiche degne di nota sia sulla costa marina Ligure che su quella Toscana.

There's a big garden, the swimming pool and a lot of nature. Our place is in the magnificent Lunigiana near to the 5 Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Lerici or the Nationla Parc of the 100 lakes and Parco dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. The car is a must-have to reach the place.
