Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

DDOG Vineyard & Wetlands

Welcome....come and stay! Situated a few kms out of Renwick, the BnB is located in DDOG Vineyard's grounds and is at the end of a private road . Set away from the main homestead, you can enjoy your own privacy whilst taking in the stunning views over our vineyard and olive grove, and further across both the Richmond ranges and Wither Hills. You are welcome to walk around the property which include gardens, ponds and wetlands. Find a shady spot for a picnic by the stream.

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. St Arnaud is a peaceful alpine village. Excellent location for lake activities, bush walks, adventurous tramping expeditions, mountain biking and accessing Rainbow Ski Field. The Bach is located within an easy 8 minute walking distance to the shop & petrol station, 12 minutes walk to the lake and 14 minutes walk to the Nelson Lakes DOC Visitor Centre. Spend time walking, biking, boating or skiing. Then relax in the calm, cosiness of the Bach.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
