Nestled on a charming little family farm, our cozy guesthouse offers the perfect blend of rustic comfort and peaceful nature. Wake up to the sounds of nature at the farm, be embraced by oak trees, and get refreshed by the tranquil atmosphere. You can explore Auburn's historic downtown a few minutes away or go on scenic hiking trails in the area, or simply relax and reconnect with nature in a serene setting.

This cozy stylish home is perfect for your getaway! with an open concept, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Great alternative for those who have a small group and don't want to pay Hotel prices. A smaller price, and much more to offer! Smart TVs in every room. Board games for your entertainment. Comfy beds and a futon. A small backyard to with outdoor cooking. There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.
