Oystertown Guesthouse Loft Downtown

Winter Special Rate! This is the entire upstairs studio apartment located behind Oystertown Cottage. A path and stairs lead to the private entrance of the newly renovated apartment in a chic retro beach style, with a full bath, and a small but functional kitchen. 1 block away from restaurants, shops, and parks in downtown Apalachicola. Suitable for a couple but has a comfortable sofa for a third person or a child. Golf cart available to Oystertown renters/deeply discounted fee. Message host.

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Family Tides -Cozy Coastal Getaway

This 1b/1bx cottage is cozy, light, bright, and clean and has one of the best locations in Franklin County. A peaceful neighborhood setting away from traffic and congestion, yet only a 5-minute stroll to the Apalachicola Bay. Has its own parking and room to park a boat and/or personal watercraft w/trailer. If you are looking for a laid-back, quiet getaway, then Family Tides is the place for you. If you are looking for a wild & crazy party atmosphere, you won't find it here

Taradise

This apartment is connected to my main home here in Eastpoint, FL: The Gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. This property is located 6 miles from the main public beach on SGI, almost a straight shot across the bridge. I am happy to welcome all guests to my own little Taradise on "The Forgotten Coast"!

The Coastal Cottage

Charming cottage in Apalachicola. Short distance to historic downtown. Tongue & grove cypress walls and ceilings. Beautifully decorated, wifi, sound system and laundry room. Great front porch for relaxing. Dog friendly with a $95 non-refundable deposit (per pet). Pet deposit can be left on kitchen counter at check out. We just installed brand new king sized bed and an Alexa for your music pleasure

Downtown Apalach /Blue Moon Loft

Downtown Above It All, Balcony Views ! Huge SkyLights, Antique Sliding BarnDoor, New Construction/Old World Charm! Garden Tub & loft Ceilings. There is a 3 night minimum stay for all other Federal HOLIDAYS and Seafood Festival. Pets (dogs only) must be preapproved/fee paid/and only 1 pet allowed in the loft unit Guests will be provided with a Lease Agreement upon booking

The Bee Hive in Apalachicola

The Bee Hive is a new and beautiful 1 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom apartment off the beaten path in downtown Apalachicola, yet only 1/2 block from our local Brewery, restaurants and shopping; only 1 block to the River. The kitchen is well appointed and the open living space with two comfortable porches make relaxing easy. Come and make this your perfect getaway.
