Disclaimer: bookable only on Airbnb. The "Pozzo Fiorito" is one of two cottages located in our 15000 sq metres garden. Indipendent and distant from each other they assure privacy. It has two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It offers the opportunity to combine visiting Rome, incomparably rich with history, together with a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The swimming pool is open from June to September. If this solution is not available take a look at "Apt with Garden and swimming pool."

La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque induction, frigo, ustensiles de cuisine, cafetière nespresso, lave linge, lave vaisselle. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. Some steps below and you're on the beautiful VIGNALE Beach where your can enjoy privacy sunbathing on deckchairs and of course relaxing sea swimmings. Its wide plate-glass window gives direct access on the terrace and allow to live confortabily as inside as outdoor, facing the sea.

I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
