The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Welcome at the Panorama Sea View Apartment. As its name suggests, it is an apartment with a panoramic breathtaking sea view of Souda Bay. It is located in a 4-apartment building, which was built by my grandfather with much love and completed by my father and my uncle in the late 1980. It was completely renovated by me, in 2022 with care and very personal work. It is a house ideal for couples who love romance, tranquility and are looking for something special for their holidays.

Moments villa is a detached house which offers privacy, comfort and incredible sea and mountain views, along with a large garden around the house. It is located in nature and trees but also very close to the national road for direct access by car to the national network. The closest house is located 300 meters away, thus offering unique privacy. Near there are popular beaches, this property boasts air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and on-site private parking for guests.

Althea maisonettes in Aptera are really close to the National highway road (1,6 km by car),so there as easy access to the city of Chania and Rethymno as well as all the popular beaches of the island.
