It is located on the 1st floor of the building (there is special hoist machine – chair for people with special needs or elder people). It has a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a large private roof terrace with sea view. It can be connected with the studio Elia.
