Our family restored and enlarged it in in 1975. It has new style kitchen,and bathroom.and a wood burning stove for heating. Near towns of dungarvan and youghal.

Cois Taoide is a comfortable one bedroom cottage with a fitted kitchen located in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Youghal. It’s located on Windmill Hill and has breathtaking views over the Blackwater River Estuary. The cottage is a two-minute walk to the Mall beach and is a scenic 15 minute walk to the three blue flag beaches . It is also a short walk to historical landmarks such as the Clockgate Tower, the Old Town walls ,Restaurants , cafes, bars and the cinema .

The Marine Bar hosts traditional and folk music every weekend . Country View is located just off the N25 and is very convenient to explore Waterford, Cork and the south of Ireland.

200 year old coastguard cottage - amazing coastal views with seaview outdoor hot tub in summer. The beach is less than two minutes walk. Idyllic, remote setting - 10 mins drive to Ardmore, 15 to Youghal. Recent high end renovation and extension. We have young kids so the house is set up to be totally family friendly with everything for families and child safety. Equipment is mostly stored and so the cottage is suitable for letting without kids.

The accomodation itself is beside the main house. There is parking available, and it is a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Youghal is home to some lovely cafes and restaurants, and you will also find supermarkets close to the accommodation.
