This is a charming front unit (unit #1) in an older duplex house with exclusive access to the front porch and fenced-in patio/dog run. Deer often stroll through this peaceful property in the foothills of Pikes Peak. The house is less than a mile from hiking and biking trails and downtown Old Colorado City. This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. We offer a Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.
