The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Close to Mitch Park/Golf/Route 66/OCU & UCO/Soccer/Tennis. 2nd bedroom is a small bunkhouse for kids - see pics. Guest(s) will have one parking space, and a private entrance to their suite which features: a living area, kitchenette, patio and shared access to the Lake. We are within 10-45 minutes of most everything in NW Arkansas. Come enjoy a relaxing and private getaway.

Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability. WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!
