Welcome to Centennial Cottage! Nestled in a natural setting you will experience the feeling of a tranquil retreat, yet still be close to all of the amenities that Fayetteville has to offer. It is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway to enjoy the outdoors as the cottage is set apart at the base of Centennial Park with biking/hiking. Just 1.7 miles from the UofA it is a prime location to relax after game day or hang out with your college kids during a visit. Features fire pit and covered patio.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Gwen's Nest- a unique, luxury chalet in the park!

Nestled on 830 acres, but just a couple miles south of town, this completely renovated, historic cottage has all the modern amenities. Private house just steps from the water on Beaver lake. Excellent fishing and easy assess to the water for swimming and kayaking (kayaks not provided). Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. Sorry, no pets due to host's pet allergy.

Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Hickory Grove Farm Cottage is a small cottage surrounded mostly by National forest. We are located in Nail, AR just minutes from many popular hiking trails and the Buffalo river. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy God’s beautiful creations. Things to do: Richland creek park, Falling Water, Pedestal Rock, Glory hole falls, Hawksbill Craig, Buffalo River, Alum Cove, Sams Throne, Lost Valley, Arkansas Grand Canyon. Very close, if not right in the middle of many trails, 4 wheeling (local rentals available) and beautiful destinations. The cabin is wood throughout, ceramic flooring, island bar, nice front deck with a fire pit and a gorgeous view. If you are sightseeing, hiking, 4-wheeling, or just need a nice peaceful and beautiful get away, this is the place!

The Creek Cottage

The Creek Cottage is a bright and airy, open floor plan home located just 2 miles from town and 5 miles from Lake Ouachita. There is a king bed in the common area that can be walled off by the large room divider curtain. A separate bedroom has 2 large twin beds (daybed with trundle) and there is also a couch comfortable enough to sleep on if needed. One bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen complete this small gem in the woods overlooking a year-round creek.

Breathtaking Views from Dawn to Dusk

It is all about the view. This chalet style house with floor to ceiling windows, has more than 180 degrees view of the lake, and sits 600 feet above the water. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake! Photos cannot do this place justice. It has to be seen!
