Alstom 1.5 mi, Alfred U and College 11 mi and Keuka Lake/wineries 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs in Hornell are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outdoor stairs). S on S offers a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom with a stand up shower. This unit carries an animal exemption.

You would share a large U shaped driveway with the hosts, but will find plenty of privacy in this rural setting. We’d love to have you stay!

This single level home is located just outside of Hornell, NY in a quiet, secluded country setting. Letchworth 45 mins, Watkins Glen 1 hour and Niagara Falls 2 hours. We purchased the property in 2018 and made necessary upgrades while retaining the original character of this classic home. The view of the backwoods from the living room is spectacular! We live at the adjacent property located a few hundred feet away, so we are available as needed.
