"Downtown" Alfred, Alfred State & Alfred University are within easy walking distance. Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Studio on Standard- The Classic

This unique place has a style all its own. S on S - The Classic is located in downtown Hornell on a quite and private road. Alstom 1.5 mi; Alfred U and college 11 mi; St. James Hospital 2.5 mi and Keuka Lake 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outside stairs). The Classic offers a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom with stand up shower. Perfect for traveling Dr.’s or RN’s! This unit carries an animal exemption.

Farmhouse at Brookdale Farms- a private, refuge

This refurbished 2-story farmhouse sits at the base of a hill on the outskirts of the small village of Canaseraga. Our 200+ acre farm is quiet and secluded, with beautiful views of the stars at night and many walking trails. Please enjoy nature and the quiet, serene lush settings. The house is sanitized & provides a nice getaway & a work from home environment. Additional guests (over 2) are charged $35 per guest per night. No parties allowed. The house has sulfur water which smells.
