Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die Unterkunft bietet auf rund 90 Quadratmetern 3 Schlafzimmer, davon eines mit Du/WC direkt vom Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Ein zweites Schlafzimmer ist vom Wohnbereich zugänglich. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben Tageslicht und einen Kasten. Sämtliche Schlafzimmer sind versperrbar. Die Küche bietet alles, was für einen gemütlichen Kochabend nötig ist. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einem TV ausgestattet. WLAN ist kostenlos verfügbar, ebenso sind Parkplätze vorhanden.

Der große Balkon, sowie der chillige Grillgarten, der zu Eurer alleinigen Benutzung ist, lädt egal ob nach einer Skitour im Winter, einer tollen Wanderung oder einem grandiosen Biketag im Sommer, zum verweilen ein. Geniesst den Ausblick in die grandiose Bergwelt.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
