It's a short drive from the airport, a short walk to the hospital, as well as from the train station (no rail noise) and a short drive from the centre of town leading to the university. With its coastal meets country theme, we've created a perfect getaway that is opposite to Armidale's best takeaways and morning coffees.

Summit House - Entire Home (2 bedrooms)

This spacious newly built home is five minutes from Armidale but feels a world away. It is nestled in bushland on a large block frequented by kangaroos and is completely private. 'Summit House' makes a great base for excursions into the four national parks in the local area, plus the city of Armidale. The house can be rented as a two-bedroom or four-bedroom stay. Visit our friendly donkeys next door. Bring your animals too! Outside dogs are welcome, as are horses, but check with us first.

Burgess House: A beautiful rural outlook in town

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. Perfect O'Connor

Pleasant location, only a short walk to Armidale Gymnastics arena, Armidale CBD and a short drive to the University of New England. Our home is modern and spacious with 3 bedrooms and room for 2 vehicles to be parked 'off street'. Room 1 features a queen bed and ensuite. Room 2 has a queen bed and Room 3 has a single bed with a single trundle.
